PERSONAL PROFILE OF PROMOTER
DR. SATYABRATA MINAKETAN
The entire entity of ODM, came in to existence, as the dream child
of the great educational visionary- Dr. S. Minaketan, the Founder and present
Chairman, through his establishment of “Child Care & Educational Foundation Trust”
in the year 1989, based on his own perceptions of modern education and its practices.
Dr S. Minaketan was born on 19th March 1961 At-Gatanai,PS-Patakura Dist-Kendrapara presently
residing at Plot no-346, Sishuvihar, Infocity Road, Patia, Bhubaneswar-24.
He is having more than 25 years of teaching experience.

Diploma in Rural Development, IGNOU
Doctorate in Philosophy from the Open International University, Colombo, Srilanka.

Established Primary School for Socio economic backward children in 1992

Conducted No of Vocational Training programme for women to promote the self rural women, with help of Govt. of India & Govt. of Orissa.
Development of tribal villages in Dist-Khurda, Orissa funded by ministry of rural development, Govt. of India.
Rehabilitated 300 tribal families after the super cyclone in Orissa of Dist-Khurda, village-Bhalunka, Chudanga, Krushnanagar, Bhutubhuti, funded by CAPART, Govt. of India & other international NGO of Italy.
Established a charitable dispensary for tribal people to promote health service exclusively for tribal & helpless, destitute people.
Establish three schools for tribal children from own resources without the help of out sources
Conducted rural entrepreneurship training programme for tribals funded by NABARD, national Bank of agricultural & rural development.
Promoted new tribal era giving awareness for their self-sustainability to earn own livelihood
Conducted 50 numbers of health camp for SC, ST people of Orissa.
Chief patron of Kalyani health club formed by the school children to create health awareness and provide community service in slums of urban & rural communities.
Trainer in value education in Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneswar on 20th February 2014.
